Hose winch
Kverneland Aqua is pleased to deliver the first of a series of triple-hose reels with A-frame, for the handling of submerged pump skid onboard a fishing vessel to a Norwegian client.
The reel has the capacity to handle 3x 6” hoses.
It is supplied with a VFD/ PLC-controlled electric motor and HPU for the operation of A-frame.
All controlled by radio remote control, making it easier for the operator to have absolute control of the operations.

Umbilical winch with integrated HPU
Umbilical winch, integrated HPU
We are proud to share this umbilical winch project that we have completed for a client in the US.
Specifications:
- KVAQ 2600' UMBILICAL WINCH, INTEGRATED HPU.
- KVAQ hydraulic umbilical spooling reel. Max pull force 250 kg 1st. lay/ 150kg top lay – 800m ø54mm umbilical.
- Integrated HPU for driving of the reel unit on winch skid. Electric motor power: 3,5kW 4P 3~440V.
– 60Hz IP56 Variable displacement pump with LS reg. Pressure: 160 bar
